Wave Pro Slide laboratory microwave furnace up to 500 °C
Wave Pro Slide is a laboratory microwave furnace designed to perform high-temperature thermal treatments up to 500 °C. The treatment chamber incorporates a rotating plate, a lowerable base platform, an optical pyrometer, a touchscreen and an inspection camera, with provisions for inert gas and a process fume exhaust outlet.

High-temperature thermal treatments in the laboratory
A compact solution for research, development and process testing on materials requiring high-temperature microwave heating. The product is placed in an insulating crucible directly on the rotating plate.

Controlled microwave process
The treatment takes place in an internal stainless steel chamber. The lowerable base platform facilitates manual loading; during the cycle, the plate rotates and the temperature is measured by an integrated optical pyrometer. The process parameters are managed via the touchscreen, while the camera allows visual inspection of the chamber.

Loading
The sample, housed in its insulating crucible, is placed at the centre of the rotating plate.

Microwave treatment
The magnetrons generate microwave radiation at 2450 ± 50 MHz; the chamber temperature can be set up to 500 °C.

Process control
The touchscreen, optical pyrometer and integrated camera support cycle monitoring and management; provision for inert gas is available.
